Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within a standard timeframe after your order is placed. Order processing times may vary during sale periods, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We aim to provide estimated delivery timelines during the checkout process. Please note these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or public holidays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes
We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will allow you to see the movement of your package.

International Shipping Policy

We currently offer international shipping to a selection of countries. The list of available destinations is provided at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Inspire Pilateswear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We cannot advise on what these potential costs will be, as they vary by country.

Import regulations & compliance
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product(s) being shipped comply with the import laws and regulations of the destination country. We are required by law to accurately declare the value of the merchandise and cannot mislabel commercial items as “gifts” on international customs forms.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions. Delivery estimates for international orders are provided during checkout and in your shipping confirmation. These are estimates only. International shipments may be subject to inspections and delays by customs authorities, which are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order placement. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package from a pickup point, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipping the order.

If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our facility. We will contact you using the email address provided at checkout to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Damages

Inspire Pilateswear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
